Harbor Freight Utility Knife Scroll Build  by Fragout Firearms

Had to make a new one to fit this one specifically from Harbor Freight.
Came out clean too, especially for the price these go for. shessh cant beat it.

This design isnt the same one thats in the Stanley, And this design isnt included in the MVP. Two seperate designs and file bundles. Made one of these and had a few folks want the files for this one too so im making them available! Have fun!
